Different timezone

I have my server in a different timezone (-6 hours)from where I live (ECT). I want the time to be shown correct for our country on my site, but I can't find a way to do it. Any suggestions? Thanks, Kjell

This is on our to-do list. Actually we will take it a step further. When we implement this, you will have choice of forcing a timezone on Geeklog OR letting users pick their timezone and GL will show date/time according to their preference. ----- The reason people blame things on previous generations is that there's only one other choice.

I also have the exact same problem. My server is in a different time zone than I am and all my users. I looked into the code in hopes to change it myself but it isn't obvious. This change would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. -Gene Wood

A cool hack for this issue is presented here. I haven't tried it yet but it looks good.

Every client I've configured GL for has also had this issue with the TZone. This fix/feature would be a highly coveted addition - prior to GL2. Thanks, Landon
