I figured out what the problem was: In plugin_cclabel_staticpages() the variable $_CONF must be declared global, i.e.

global $LANG_STATIC, $_CONF;

Without that, the base URL of your site was not added to the path. Of course, if you run Geeklog off of the top directory of a domain, this was not a problem at all ...

Thanks for pointing this out. I just fixed this in CVS.
