I just uploaded a new spamX hack that filters the titles for English words. I was having a problem with most of my forum spam having titles of just gibberish, so I created this filter. It's about 6 meg total once un-tarballed, but that's because it has about 3/4 of a million English words in the various lists (based on the SCOWL-6 list from Sourceforge).

I'm running 1.4 on my site, so that's what this is written for, but it should work for any version if you follow the directions in the README and cut & paste.
