I have over 200 users on my site, but very few of them can work out how to upload media. They don't look any further than the six tabs and many fields.
Can I switch off all other options other than upload by web browser and reduce to enable upload of one file only? Also can the fields for attached thumbnails be removed?
My web site is www.buntingsociety.org.uk two of my members have uploaded files and they have both been confused - other users say it all looks too complicated
