Can someone explain how to add stories to show on your home page.

For instance, if I am adding a new story, and I want the topic to be under the "Home Page" or show up here, what topic do I need to create this in?

If I add a topic called "Home," I will have two topics with the name Home.

I just need to know how to post stories on the Home Page under the "Home" topic.

Well, Home isn't a topic. You have to add all stories to a different topic. Then, if you want it to appear on the homepage, check the appropriate box before you submit it.
