I am working out access now.

2) Geeklog sandbox
Icox, I think your idea is good to set this up.
So we set up a generic, vanilla install, and whoever sets things up to document should leave a note as to how long they leave it up so they can finish docs on it, before it is swept clean again.
Don't forget, I'd like to do a win32 section, so I'll be doing that on my own servers when necessary to explain win32 nuances.

3) Skeleton Outline

Let's set up a skeleton outline in the new PHPWiki as soon as it's available.  I think this part should be a bit of a free-for-all for the first week, with discussion to decide where to go as we do it. Otherwise we'll be in forum threads all day and never get this thing off the ground.

A touch of improvisation / extreme programming approach to this thing (just in the beginning) might be nice so we can see the breadth of what people have dreamt up before we start slapping some meat on it.

The original skeleton I had in the first message of this thread was my 3 minute typing session, I would guess everyone can rearrange and add/subtract what they want in the Wiki til we can close the brainstorm session and start documenting.
