You will need to add

function phpblock_progress () {
include('progress/phpblock_progress.php');
return $Display_progress;
}

to the lib_common.php file and then add the block using the admin block tool.

This Plugin is not yet complete, a few more features will be added before final release.

Once Final release is out, the plugin will be folded in to gl_projects.
