The dutch language file for the Links plugin, version 1.40sr1

Includes ukrainian lang files for Gl 1.4.0, links, polls, spamx and staticpages in UTF-8 encoding.
Works for Gl 1.4.0 while work of Yaroslav Fedevych - only for 1.3.x

Simply insert this file in the plugins > language folder.
