Completed and working version of the Russian language translation file.

Manual Digest Plugin 1.1 - Polish translation file

This is the "second", not admin part compelte yet, version of Czech translation for Geeklog 1.3... At this time is done: Main users functions(also calendar), static page functions and some plugins(menu, enhanced submitting, stats) but administrative functions aren`t done yet completely :-(.
For me it`s enought(im admin and have no trouble with en.).
After a weeks ill hope to do translation comlpetely finished.
For now take this, if U need :-).
