server intensive?

anything that would make this release any more server intensive than any others.

my reason for asking....
about an hour after installing 1.3.7, my account was suspended for creating too many apache processes. there wasn\'t a spike of users or anything. 1 reg. and 1 guest user online and all of the sudden my host suspended my account.

which leads me to my next question.
anyone know of a good, cheap, reliable hosting provider?
