Problems (yes I read the instructions)

I setup GL 1.3.6 in a separate folder with a separate copy of the db to set it up before actually upgrading so as to test and add any of my modifications before going live.

Whenever I click a link (any link), I get "CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:"

This seems to be a problem related to the PHP / IIS setup I'm using, but I've setup the geeklog-dev folder in virtually the same manner as my currently-working GL 1.3.5 folder on the same server. Oddly enough, I can access certain links when they aren't specific to a page (i.e. http://localhost/geeklog-dev/public_html knows to pull up index.php, but if I try to go directly to http://localhost/geeklog-dev/public_html/index.php it gives the error above).

Does anyone know why this is?

After messing with some of the permissions, this seemed to fix it. The permissions appeared, however, fine to start with. Giving more helped the situation. Because this is just an intranet for a small company, security really is not too much of a concern.

even if it\'s a intranet, security should be a concern, it\'s a misconception by many. Hacking jobs or mischieve are mostly done from the inside. Start worrying about your GL within your intranet.

Well, this is the reason that its not live yet and we\'re still using 1.3.5. Any reason as to what is going on here?
