Will static pages upgrade be \'fixed\' during install of 1.3.6?

Will all themes and admin php obey the admin url $CONF setting?

Yes, the problem with upgrading the staticpage table in the database (when you were not using a prefix) that existed in 1.3.6rc1 has been fixed.

And yes, you can now rename the admin directory (that was already fixed in 1.3.6rc1).
