Welcome to Geeklog,

It is found under the Geeklog Configuration -> Theme (you can use the configuration search to find it)

When enabled it does combine all css and javascript except for those used by jQuery and UIkit. Those are still kept seperate. For those you should enable the option:

Use CDN-hosted copy of jQuery and uikit

on the first page of the config to speed up things slightly for your users.

By the way some older plugins may not support this config option but all the plugins included with Geeklog does. You may also need to clear the cache to see your new page results (of the Geeklog site itself and your browser).

For increased speed you should also turn on

Cache Templates
Cache Mobile Devices Separately

They are located on the same configuration page as the combine and minify option.

By the way I notice you posted your question on an article for an older version of Geeklog. We are on version 2.2.1sr1 which can be found here: Latest Version of Geeklog

It's also best to post any Geeklog questions in the forum. The Geeklog Support Forum would be best for these type of questions so others who have the same issue will find the answer more quickly.
