register_globals

Note that on my site, this plugin would not install because my PHP installation defaults to 'register_globals=off'. The problem was in the install script, I had to add $action=$_GET['action'] to the main function in order to allow the install script see the submit/action value of 'install'.

Turns out, all of the scripts here require modifications to fix this problem - FYI.
