Noted a problem with the install

For the install script, I found that there seems to be an error in the install at the following point:

// Insert table name and sql to insert default data for your plugin.
//
$DEFVALUES = array();
$DEFVALUES[1] = "INSERT INTO `gl_thingstodo_vars` (`ref`, `val`) VALUES ('cb_options', '1');";
$DEFVALUES[2] = "INSERT INTO `gl_thingstodo_vars` (`ref`, `val`) VALUES ('cb_home', '0');";

What I ended up doing to get the plugin working was to comment out this section and I just patched the table myself with a direct entry via my own MySQL utilities - I believe the issue is that the table name does not take into account the plugin configuration value:

$_TABLES['thingstodo'] = $_ST_table_prefix . 'thingstodo';

Hope this helps others who try to use this plugin ;>)
