You will need to change one line of code to get this plugin to work. Change the line in index.php in the public_html directory from:

$count = DB_count($_TABLES['users'],'uid');

to:

$count = DB_count($_TABLES['users']);

Does this required code change alter any other blocks/settings in geeklog?

You will be making a change in the index.php file that the plugin uses, so it will not affect anything else.

It works but the list shows all of the users including admin, moderator and anonymous which are built in accounts.

Also, I have translated the language file to Hebrew but the the months don't work. i think that the section that takes only the 1st 3 chars for display does not support unicode or soemthing...
