Problems with Opera browsers

If you render the page under NS or IE it all sets up fine but under Opera the screen splits into two with the header taking up one pane and the content taking up the other half.

Tracked it down and if you haven't already found it then you need to make the changes below to the file on geeklog.

Current header.thtml in /public_html/layout/TabularDynamics
