HTML5 theme for Geeklog 1.8.x

I installed the theme - I quite like the way it looks. I encountered a few problems with it, however.

I re-named the folder for the theme to 'professional,' but once I did that the top story is now sitting on top of the navigation bar (since the banner listing features is no longer there, I suppose).

When I click into any of the admin functions, the navigation appears over the top block of the page. This happens in both Firefox 4 and IE9, and stops me from getting to the content in the top of the content block..

I'd love to use the theme, but the formatting problems will keep me from using it. Too bad.
