In general themes only support one version of Geeklog. So a 1.5 theme probably won't work in 1.4.1.

Yes it is a theme Geeklog 1.5.0 "certified" :)

For a compatibility with Geeklog 1.4.1 you can try to paste style.css, /images and /comment directories in a fresh copy of the Professional theme.
