Windows and lib-common.php A work arround

Dreamweaver MX works just fine on ALL Geeklok files EXCEPT the lib-common.php file.
I dunno why, it makes no sense.

DW does no code re-writing if you tell it not to, so it should not break but for some damned reason it does.
