To make your car amphibious

Cut each disk into quarters and carefully glue them all over your car's body, giving it instant fish scales which groovily refract light from all around into all the beautiful shades of the rainbow! Moreover, the scales will make the vehicle waterproof and provide added protection against the huge pressures encountered down in the depths of the ocean.

Having done that, drive off the end of a long pier into a large body of water and marvel at all the new underwater friends you'll be making.
