How to make visible MENU from MENU plugin?

Sorry, guys, but in GL 2.0 after Menu Plugin 1.0 installing - everything ENABLED -
HOW to make menu Navigatin or menu Footer VISIBLE???

I just install it from "Plugins" file upload page.
