This is probably going to sound dumb, but all of a sudden I can't find the .htaccess file. It should be in the root directory, right? Looks like it's gone missing. I'm digging through all of the directories and still can't find it. The funny thing is that everything seems to work just fine...

Anybody got an idea?

Never mind, I figured it out. I could access the .htaccess file through the root access to the server, but for some reason it did not show up (at all) using FTP or File Manager in CPanel. Whatever. In any case, I fixed my problem.

In CPanel, when opening File Manager, check the box "Show hidden files (dotted files)". It should work

I believe that a default Geeklog installation doesn't have (and need) a .htaccess file.

Hello,

Not sure because each one could need a specific file.

What would you put in this geeklog file?
