moderator rather than admin for forum?

hi ive had a look around but cant find any info, is there a plugin that lets me assign members as moderators with ability to edit/remove/lock threads etc rather than give them full forum admin access?

The Forum plugin already lets you do that, doesn't it? Look under the Moderator tab.
