Rights for Story Admin (Read the FAQ)

i was testing something and messed the topic and user story posting rights. Cant seem to get them back
can you help to get it back to normal stage.
1. I have group Called "Story Editor"
2. "loggedin-users" are Topic Admin,
3. All loggedin members are also members of Story Editor
What i want is that owner be able to edit their own stories.
What rights do i need to set in Topics
for Own, Group Members, Anonymous
and same for
Story and Topic in Configuration -> Miscellaneous section
please advice
