upgrading from 141 to latest version

I have quick question

I cant find any details how to upgrade and fnd required update files

will the temlate change in new version? Do i have to change my template?

The process of upgrading is the same as it always was: Make backups, upload new version, run the install script in upgrade mode.

Theme changes are documented. Updated versions of popular themes are available from the demo site.
