Where's the SQL for the cesored array?

I'm testing 1.51 before I upgrade our main site. I'm in a public school environment and our firewall's "profanity filter" 
isn't letting me get to the Miscellaneous config page on my test install :banghead: . I'd like to alter the install SQL locally (eliminate the real banned words and insert a nonsense word so as not to break the D, but I can't seem to find the "to be censored" array.
