My web server is set up weird. The domain I want to install geeklog into is an add on domain. The add on domain is in the public_html file. How do I install this script then?

Hmm, not sure I understand your problem. Maybe this will help: Installing Geeklog entirely within the web root

If that wasn't it, please try rephrasing your problem.

My main domain is wehostphotos.com. When I created the add on domain it is put into the public_html of the main domain.

So when i ftp in:

/public_html

/public_html/visitwoodhaven.com

visitwoodhaven.com is the add on domain. Do I create the public_html folder in visitwoodhaven.com? Or do I just upload the contents of public_html into visitwoodhaven.com?

Ok, did that. Front end working. When I click on admin menu items, I get files not found. Now what?

You don't seem to have anything under visitwoodhaven.com right now. Are you sure the domain is set up properly?
