Page Reload (urgent help needed)

Hi,
i am facing a strange problem which is showing on IE. That is whenever i am deleting or adding a data in a page, the data does not show up to the right page as long as i am not reloading or refreshing the page. I am also saving the data into database and fetching them from database to show. Can any one please help me on this, that why i have to refresh the page to see the added value.
