Hi, I'm looking to pay for a custom profile hack/plugin

I need it with as many options as myspace as possible.
Profile Picture
Extended Bio
Blog
likes/dislikes
and if possible the ability to add friends and send pms and stuff

Hmm, I don't know much about MySpace, but many of these are either available already or easy to do:

Profile picture: Built into Geeklog.

Extended Bio: There's a Bio field in "My Account". You could also re-use the PGP field by changing it's description.

Blog: Depending on what you want, there are several options. You could give users their own topic (topic = blog), there's an oldish Journal plugin, or you could go for a multi-site installation (one Geeklog site per user).

PMs: There are plugins available for that, e.g. Blaine's glMessenger.

So that only leaves likes/dislikes and friends.
