To all,

We have been asked by 888Holdings, the owners of 888.com,PacificPoker.com and Casino-On-Net to find out who is affected by a rouge spammer that has been hitting everyone with spam. They are asking also for a list of domain names affected along with complete logs and spam messages so that they can determine who this rouge affiliate is that is doing this damage to their companies. If everyone could please send me a note along with a small detail of the spam and log, to spam@spacequad.com, I will compile this list and send it to them.

As you know, we here at Spacequad AntiSpam Services has been fighting all forms of spam for several years and have recently stepped up our efforts since the spammers have moved over to web based spam.

We have found that a great majority of these spammers love to use the Google Pages and Google Groups to use them as a doorway site to host their campaigns. They have also been using other sites that have become vulnerable or the security is laxed or insufficient. These sites include yahoo, MSN, Google, PHPbb, Invisionboard, and many others that get compromised by the spammers.

Those of you running the Bad Behavior plugin, please download the entry file update from GLLabs so that you will be able to see for copy and paste into an email the response from the posting that was made by the spammers.

In any case, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you are unable to send us email because of it being bounced back to you, please send a note to me from here and I will respond as soon as possible.

I really surprised that this thread has been read by quite a few people and yet nobody has responded either here or by sending me any emails to let me know if they've been affected by this spammer. Fortunately we have suspended/terminated the few affected domains they were using. However, they have moved onto using other advertising products or services and are still using google as the doorway. I'm sure it wont take them long to get a few more domains to start back over again with the casino spam. We are still waiting for any responses from the public before we send in our report.

So...how many geeklog users still having issues with spam flowing into their sites? Please be honest. Has there been a significant drop lately? Please let us know. As we have not receive any for almost a week now. I do mean literally none.
