Is it possible to run GeekLog and another CMS out of the same public_html without any conflicts? I am looking at starting a new site that will be hosted out of the same account as my Geeklog but I am thinking of playing with Drupal or something similar. Anyone else done this?

Yes. Just make a separate dirs for GL, Drupal and what not
