I'm trying to do two things.

  1. I'd like to change the color of the current day highlight on the calendar (both personal and master)
  2. I'd like to add a url link to the sections block.

I haven't been able to find the code that alters the highlight color for the calandar. As for adding a url to the "sections" block it looks like that may be a little more involved. I'm relatively new to PHP and MySQL so maybe I'm missing the obvious.

Any suggestions for either will be much appreciated. Geeklog Rules!

All you should have to do to change the color for the current day in the calendar is edit the style.css. Where in your distro that file exsits depends on your version As for the section block, to add a link, look for showblock or COM_showBlocks depending on what version of geeklog you are using.
The reason people blame things on previous generations is that there's only one other choice.

I'm using the latest version. What directory should I look in to find showblock or COM_showBlocks? I've looked all over and can't find it.

To better help folks find functions (as in your case) in 1.3 we are using the following conventions. COM_ -> lib-common.php SESS_ -> lib-session.php DB_ -> lib-database.php PLG_ -> lib-plugins.php SEC_ -> lib-security.php Hope that helps.

I am trying to change the background color of the calendar and I can't find where to do that. I have looked in the .php files and there is no color information on any of them, and I can't find a CSS file anywhere except for the style.css files in the specific themes folders.

Calendar style.css is in public_html/calendar
