Do you ever search? There is a youtube plugin and there is the autotags plugin that works similarly.

I never used the plugin and am not an expert but it looks like you have magic quotes turned on. You would need to edit your php.ini file or do some other fix to turn off magic quotes in order for this plugin to work.

See how in the youtube link on your site every double quote has a backslash in front of it? If you remove those backslashes it works properly. Judging by this I would think turning off magic quotes will fix your problem.
