I am also hoping to add a About Me page to the site. Is there any way i can make it with the same design as the theme.

Use a Static Page.

bye, Dirk

2. I want to rename the Calendar tab to "Shop" and redirect it to the shopping section (i.e. another site)

3. i want to add an extra tab next to Calendar redirecting to some other site.

Try the FAQ: How do I change the menu?

Also there is an issue with the search tab.

The same appears and works fine when on the homepage. However the same gets dislocated at certain times ...

Yep, the search text and submit button get pushed up a little bit when on {site_url}/polls/index.php. I've been trying to track it down since before I released the theme, but I haven't been able to find the cause. Oops! My feeling is that the issue lies with one of the poll template files (which reside in {path_to_geeklog}/plugins/polls/templates).

Perhaps someone with a little more knowledge will be able to track it down and enlighten us.

Thx!

Eric

There's a handy link from your Admin menu ... It's one of the plugins that come preinstalled with Geeklog.

Another problem is that on the Home Page the no of Trackbacks and Comments always show as 0. They don't get updated?

Hmmm, I don't think the issue with the comments and trackbacks not updating lies with the theme files. They seem to work fine for the Mind Break theme on my test site, lab.familycorner.us.

Can anyone else confirm comment or trackback issues?

Remember, I had used some files int he theme folder from the professonal theme to resolve other issues? this might be related to that.

Other thing that i noticed is that, the no of Trackbacks shown are lesser than the actual no. Say if the total trackbaks are 41 then it shows 16 in the count.

Regards
