Tree user administration

Hello friends,
I´ve using geeklog at least for 3-4 years, buy now that I made some succesful CRM in geeklog, Im having some issues managing more than 200 users.
It isnt easy to manage. It´s similar like Windows NT and I need a user administration like Windows 2000, I cant create a tree of users. Its a little hard to administrate a big company.
I make some new fields in user table (country, region, etc). And I want to make user administration by zones, and I dont want to program again if someone has made it before. hehe.
Someone have a plugin like this ?
