Image Alignment Error

Hi to all.

I have the problem that is in the image.

The image corresponds to the superior news, but shows in the middle of two news.
That´s happend in Firefox or Explorer.
Have i smething badly configured?

Mi version is 1.4.1 updated from 1.4 sr5

It´s happen when use this parameter for the image :

[imageX_right]

If i use [imageX], works ok.
