My visit to a website that is running the geeklog portal

Hello their!
I have been to a website running a geeklog demonstration at demo.spacequad.com. Actually interested in what it has that might want to offer at my own website. Thinking of running a hobby portal with geeklog and plugins.
While visiting the site above noticed something, the webadmin on that site has configured their server really well. Doing couple of tests 1 cached and 3 not cached showed the pages loaded in: 0.34 - 0.40 seconds. Now that is mad fast and also a good setup.
