Just some ideas on CSS:
I noticed that the css classes look more orderly in 1.4.1b1. That`s very helpful but it would be even better to give some more explanations. When I add a class I make a note like 'used in header-thtml' or so. Furthermore I write down the important colors used right at the beginning of the css file.
