it already creates these directories:

filemgmt_data
filemgmt_data/files
filemgmt_data/files/tmp
filemgmt_data/snaps
filemgmt_data/snaps/tmp
filemgmt_data/category_snaps

now it wanted to know that information I must put in each space in target, like creating the categories, already had created them but I put directions there and nothing works to me, if they put a concrete example to me could fix it, I have not been able to add no file for my section of unloadings, in fact no longer I see nor the Categories that had created.

I wait for aid Embarassed

I'd visit the maker of the file management plugin and ask on their boards. You may get a quicker reply here.

Edit... which it seems you have already done!

I suggest you review the install directions and multiple forum posts on setup issues users have had.

Verify the directories were created under your public_html folder and that permissions allow for the webserver to create 'write' to these folders - all of them. This may require them to be set to 777 'unix perms' so for testing - set the perms so everyone can write. If that works, back off the perms until youn have the minimum set that work.

If you are using a FTP client to set these permissions or view them, use an alternate way to verify as some FTP clients can fool you. Login to your server or use the cpanel filemanager to verify.

The webserver not having write permission or folders not created in the correct location or .. filemgmt settings not correct are the reason for setup issues 99.99% of the time.

Test initially with small files less then 2 Meg so you can be certain that PHP defaults are not preventing the upload.

Ensure the webserver can store the file in the default upload folder on the server. Before the filemgmt code even gets the file to save, it's first saved by PHP and the webserver to a temp folder - see PHP server settings but this is typically /tmp on unix servers.

Ensure the filmgmt plugin settings are being saved - it needs to write to the plugins/filemgmt/filemgmt.php file and if this file does not allow write, then the settings are not saved.
