How to set comments to story to wait for my approval?

Hi,
Is there a way to set the comments a story submitted by reader to wait for admin approval before they are posted.
I found that my site has a lot of comments but I cannot control the contents of them.

Geeklog doesn't have a comment submission queue. You can only prevent anonymous visitors from posting (that's an option in config.php).
