StaticPage changes user to logged out status

I have a static page created with an IFRAME to another page.
I have a link to this static page on the left rail in a normal block.
When I click on the link, it pulls up the static page, but it shows that I am not logged in.
I have other links to other static pages (with IFRAMEs) that do not experience this behavior.
If I go in through the admin, and click on the static page in the static page admins only list, the login status does not change.
Any thoughts?
