filemgmt upload file problem
i can add files from admin on my server but when i log out from admin and sign in as user and try to upload file then nothing comes up and then i log out from user and sign in as admin and in the list were the submitted files is there is nothing there ??? what can be the problem 
and how can i take out the MY downloads so it will just be Downloads
