hi i tried to get my geeklog on localhost
i used export from phpmyadmin, i'm using utf_genral_ci on both mysql servers
but when trying to run the site on localhost i got
An SQL error has occurred. Please see error.log for details.
log:
03/17/06 16:44:14 - 1271: Illegal mix of collations for operation ' IN '. SQL in question: SELECT sid FROM gl_stories WHERE draft_flag = 0 AND date 0 ORDER BY date DESC LIMIT 10
where's my problem? thx

Our HTML filter seems to have eaten part of that SQL request, so can't say what's wrong with it. Post it again, using the forum's [ CODE ] tags.
A wild guess: Are you running the same MySQL versions on both servers?
