Multi-response Polls

Anyone ever create a mod to allow polls with multiple responses? A check box on the admin screen is needed. I'm guessing pollanswer.thtml would need modification along with the answer code to do multiple inserts. And the percentages code might need tweaking. Any other gotchas?
