find password

I can I find out what all that oewsmf;pewrmkjfp;ermf; is in the database.
I want to start some new stuff like Email and voice chat.
But I need to give them access manually.
So I need to find out there password.
How can I do that?

If you're asking about how to find out someone's password, then the answer is: You can't. Geeklog doesn't store the passwords but only their md5 checksum.
