How to make a minor template change?

Location:In front of the computer.
How do I change the "read more" link in an article block on the main page? Users have a hard time (sometimes) finding the link to click on and read the rest of an article. I want to change this link and make it more prominent. Where is this link text located? I have hunted high and low in almost every file and I cannot find it.
