SSI substitute in geeklog?

Hi all,

I''m putting a new site together at www.kingboyk.com. I will have quite a few static pages, some of which will contain a certain amount of redundant (duplicated) information.

Before I went with Geeklog, I was planning to use server side includes so that the information common to these pages could be stored in a single file, making it easy to manage and guaranteeing that all pages are up to date. So, what I'm wondering is if there's a way to do the same thing in Geeklog. Or will I have to paste the text into each static page and update each individually and manually? Crying or Very sad

Thanks in advance,

Steve

I don't think it is a good idea (or can you even?) mix SSI with php. You put php code in your static pages, so I believe the syntax you would want is

include is the statement I think you would want to use.
