Event Details - start date doesn't show

Hello
I am using the calendar and when I click on a event on the calendar as a non - logged in user it does not display the start time. It displays the start date and the end time but no start time. However, when I am logged in as Admin it works as it should. Any ideas. I have checked all the calendar_event.php and the templates but am at a dead end.
Any ideas?
