Trouble connecting to database

On running the install script I receive this error
Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'passth35_chad@svr35.ehostpros.com' (Using password: YES) in /home/passth35/system/databases/mysql.class.php on line 112
Cannnot connect to DB server
Now, according to the Problem Solver FAQ
"First of all, make sure the database settings in config.php are correct, specifically the name and password of your MySQL user, the name of your database, and the name of your MySQL server."
Which I checked 10 times, and everything is correct.
Is there anything I could be missing?
